With a background in hospice care, home health, and clinical massage therapy, Roy has dedicated her career to helping clients manage pain, improve mobility, and support their recovery from injuries and chronic conditions.

She is certified in Craniosacral Therapy through the Chikly Institute and actively volunteers with Healing Warriors, providing targeted therapy for veterans and those experiencing chronic pain and neurological conditions. Her work focuses on evidence-based massage techniques designed to complement physical therapy, orthopedic care, and rehabilitation plans.

Roy is passionate about integrative healthcare and works closely with medical professionals to create customized treatment plans for clients dealing with post-surgical recovery, TMJ dysfunction, migraines, chronic pain syndromes, and neuromuscular conditions. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and prior nursing school experience at Adams State University, Roy’s approach blends anatomical knowledge, therapeutic touch, and holistic healing. She is also a Massage Teacher’s Assistant through the Chikly Institute and continues to advance her expertise in Craniosacral Therapy and myofascial release techniques.
